The Kulis building is the next building south from Courter Theater. We utilize this as a props and costumes facility with intentions of using the window display more often in the future. There have been many discussions on what this building can be for the theater, but for that, only time can tell.
This building is in need of some attention to bring it back to what it once was. Currently the building is secure and safe, but some TLC would sure help brighten up the neighborhood.
To fully restore the building front we have received a quote of just under $100,000. Though we may not be able to do everything we would like all at once, this is still a worthwhile project we’d like to work towards.
