It’s no doubt the front of our building needs some TLC. GTL has received quotes for these projects and are in process of finding the funds to get work started.
The folks from Missouri MainStreet were kind enough to provide us a rendering of what a remodeled entry might look like (designs not final).
This includes, but not limited to:
- New awning
- Rework of the main entry doors and marquee
- Ramp entry into the building, removing our step
- Replacement of our Courter Theater Neon sign
- Then eventual restoration of the front of our neighboring building as well
